We Offer a 12 Month Warranty on all of our diffusers.

What does this Warranty cover?

Our Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty (12 month) period.

We will replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

We will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or where we consider appropriate, we will replace the entire product.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period is for (12) twelve months.

What does this Warranty not cover?

This Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
conditions, malfunctions, damage or misuse of the product which do not result from defects in material or workmanship.

What do you have to do?

To obtain your warranty, please complete the warranty card to register your details in the first place. If you then wish to use your warranty, you must first contact us so we can determine the problem to enable us to provide the most appropriate solution for you.
